03 SERVICESReview of initial project plan
We study your idea, the current requirements and the target market. Then we suggest changes to the project plan and give you a realistic picture of timelines and budget. With our experience across many domains, we can also suggest new features and design ideas.
Benchmarking existing products
We study existing products on the market in detail, to understand what they offer and where they fall short. This gives you useful input for your own product design.
Finalising the product SOR (Statement of Requirement)
We go through your requirements and application area in detail and help you draft a proper SOR before the project starts. A clear SOR means no major changes midway, which keeps timelines and budget under control. Good planning at the start also leads to a better final product.
System-level design
An embedded product is much more than a PCB and firmware. We design everything between the circuit and the finished product: power, connectors, wiring, sensors, user interface and how it all fits together.
Schematic design
We design the complete circuit diagram, select components and estimate the BOM. The product requirements need to be finalised before this step.
PCB layout
We create the final hardware design files for manufacturing. We consider the end user and the environment the product will work in, so the PCB fits cleanly into the enclosure and the final installation.
Firmware Development

We write the firmware together with the hardware, so the two are built as one well-integrated core. Along with the main application, we can add root-level security, a custom bootloader, FOTA updates and diagnostic features if required.
Firmware for your existing hardware
Already have a working board? We can add new features, fix bugs, move to a new microcontroller or rewrite the firmware completely. We start by reviewing your current hardware and code.
Platform firmware for custom applications
Our Base Platform Circuits come with ready base firmware: drivers, communication and update support are already done. Your team only writes the application, which saves development time and reduces risk.
Validation
03 SERVICESSchematic and layout review
Before you send a design for manufacturing, we review your schematic and PCB layout. We check component ratings, power design, protection, layout rules and manufacturability, which helps you avoid costly board re-spins.
Product validation as per hardware and firmware design
We test the product against its hardware and firmware design and against the SOR. Every feature, interface and edge case is checked on the bench and documented, so you know exactly what works before production.
Product-level security and safety analysis
We check the complete product for security and safety risks: open debug ports, firmware protection, wireless and cloud security, electrical safety and failure modes. You get a clear report with suggested fixes.
Prototyping

We get your first boards made, assembled and brought up quickly, so you can test the design properly.
Enclosure prototyping
We design and make prototype enclosures using sheet metal, vacuum casting or similar methods, to check fit, mounting, connectors and the look of the product before investing in tooling.
Initial field testing assistance
We help you install the first units in the real environment, monitor how they behave and fix the issues found, before you move to production.
Production
04 SERVICESProduction of the complete product
This covers bare PCB manufacturing, PCB BOM procurement, PCB assembly and quality checks, and enclosure manufacturing. It also covers procurement of product-level BOM items like wires and switches, final assembly, testing and packaging.
End-of-line testing
We design test benches and test software that check every unit before it is packed. Each unit gets a clear pass/fail result, and test logs are stored against its serial number.
Quality control assistance
We help you or your manufacturer set up inspection points, acceptance criteria and failure tracking.
Custom solutions for service engineers
We build tools that help service engineers analyse products in the field, so they can repair, maintain or update deployed devices.
Software

We help you choose the right SBC for your requirements and customise the OS to create a Linux image for your application. We can also add our own custom hardware to an off-the-shelf SBC to give it the features you need.
Graphical application development for SBCs
We develop applications on your SBC or our standard SBC, as per your requirements, including complete industrial automation setups.
Server setup for connected embedded devices
We set up complete server pipelines for all types of connected devices. This includes storing received data in databases, handling FOTA updates, and integrating with web and mobile apps.
Dashboard for connected embedded devices
We turn a basic server setup into an analytics backend that helps you offer preventive maintenance for your products. We also create a dashboard to monitor complete fleets of devices.
